				Rule Definition
A connection is not configurable if one element of its configuration is not set by using a Global Variable.
The timeout is one of these elements. Such hardcoded value makes it harder to move from one environment to another without changing each hardcoded value.

				Remediation
Define a Global Variable for the timeout, and set the timeout paremeter to this GV.
Sample GV value : "%%Connections/JDBC/TImeout%%"
